Install

Windows 10 or 11. No admin password. About a minute.

1. Download SC-Shard-Status-Setup from the latest release on GitHub (under Assets).
2. Run it. It installs just for you, so no admin password is needed.
3. If Windows says "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway. The app is new, not dodgy, and every line of code is on GitHub.
4. Start SC Shard Status from the Start menu. The dashboard opens in your browser.
5. It finds the game by itself in most cases. If not, start Star Citizen and it picks the folder up, or paste your StarCitizen\LIVE folder on Set up.

Optional: check the download

Get-FileHash .\SC-Shard-Status-Setup-*.exe In PowerShell. Compare the result with the .sha256 file on the same release.

The Start menu name is SC Shard Status. Same app, older name.
