Pirate reports

Area only, 45 minutes, and only ever sent by a player.

• After your ship is destroyed, with no crash just before, the app asks "Was it another player?" for 10 minutes.
• Or report any time with Pirates near <area> on the Now tab.
• Only the area goes. It shows under that shard on the board and on Groups, then clears after 45 minutes.
• Two or more players in an area raises the risk on Where to sell.

The app can't tell a player from an NPC, so it never says who did it. A heads-up, not a complaint.
